It’s a question heard a thousand times by bird store employees: “Do you have anything to catch the seed the birds spill under the feeders?” A husband-and- wife team in Utah have come up with an answer, called The Seed Hoop ($18.99), which is 30" in diameter and made up of lightweight exterior grade vinyl coated fiberglass to catch seeds before they hit the ground. The durable screen also acts as a tray feeder and can be attached to a hanging feeder or modified to attach to a feeder mounted from a pole.
