More than 3.7 million milk jugs have been diverted to backyards from landfills. That’s because Birds Choice has used that many to create its lines of recycled feeders. The most popular item? The oriole feeder (shown). The weight of the poly-lumber used in each recycled oriole feeder computes to 20 plastic jugs being kept out of the landfill. The manufacturer uses stainless steel screws in its recycled products to help ensure lifetime use.
